sh!t! should have hit the bid at $3.20 when I had the chance, and wait for the dust to settle to buy back in...

Yeah it sucks but imo it was the correct legal decision. Now the key is they need to address how much home growers can grow, whether they can sell to others (they shouldnt be allowed to imo) and whether they actually enforce it
