That is the question but it seems as though the people I know and trust who are smarter than me believe this will happen. So I got to go with the money and the smarts.
A company, which is led by a "dream team" of managers, would not sit back and allow a situation to deteriorate to the point at which the base of operations - for one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries - gets sued for eviction and, in the process, has a court-ordered eviction notice posted on the front door.
