JJ can carry a lot of blame on that one but who brought JJ into the Medinah fold as a Director? Who was the CEO of Medinah at the time of the first botched try at the Letts family? Who was the CEO of Medinah at the time of Ulander? Is the job of the CEO to be behind the scenes pulling the strings and screwing up every deal that Medinah is involved in?
