I wouldn't be so confident on that one. Victor has tripled the O.S. since Sept. His cash burn is huge. He has till April to do another R.S. per the vote. If he keeps up his "Financing Deals" at this rate he will be gaining on that A.S count and might want to re-set it (so to say) to give himself a comfort zone.

would it really surprise you if they kept increasing the O/S , then pulled R/S ? pps has gone from .41 to .02 cents since sept.
