The SEC pays no attention to non-SEC registrant's financials paid to be posted at OTCMarkets. NONE. Why? Because they are prepared and presented under no legal standards, and are reviewed by no one, which includes no PCAOB registered independent auditor and not by an regulator. The vast majority of the "financial statements" which non-registrants pay OTCMarkets to post on their website are incomplete, incorrect, or outright fraudulent.

No one should believe anything which a non-SEC registrant pays to post at OTCMarkets. Legitimate companies register and report to the SEC. Those that aren't, don't.
