Well if I have $1K minus com. = $990. @ .0827 = 11970 the 70 becomes a odd lot that still has to be filled.
The 11900 can be filled any way the MM's want, 100 at a time just depends...... its tricky to read.

(no common I know invests just 10 bucks)
Take that back, I know 1 person that did that..... Haha
