To answer that we have to know what his aim is long term...to be free of CTIX or to hold 5,000,000 or what. To my knowledge nobody has ever asked him that question.
I'll give grand kudos to whoever can come up with the answer directly from Mr. Aruda.
My guess is that without a secondary "private" placement there are around 30,000,000 shares to sell into into the float between now and the middle of the B p3. That's a bunch. On the other hand, a secondary placement would have to be at a discount to the share price, so that isn't great either.
On the third hand, maybe P will produce blowout results.
