Obviously there is a finite amount - some of it predates Critic Clothing buying the previous shell. Peachtree is the lender.

In my opinion, it will be irrelevant when Critic Clothing gets the first deal to sell via a well-known brick and mortar chain. That's what most longs who recognize the annual bottom price are waiting for.
