Wow,that really paints Jerry in a worse light than even I imagined.

I've watched the trap being set and its sprung.

Look at when they called him a controlling shareholder.

Look at the report yesterday!

Trap set and sprung. He may sue but he cannot win. Court also ties his shares up for a few years.

So Jerry gets this guy to provide financing and, according to you, starts plotting a trap that he's only sprung now?

Jerry's an even bigger POS than I'd thought.

DD shown this is what Jerrys done in past deals. And ends with a BK. Maybe why Jerry has asset in his personal name. Once more investors and lender lose. Just my opinion

The shares can't be tied up for years - that is complete nonsense.

It has to do with the number of shares that can be sold at one time.

This sounds like the 3 (a) (10) scam - where the note holder sues the company and it is quickly settled and in the settlement agreement the shares are unrestricted and free trading.

This scam is getting very popular.

How does Jerry expect to attract new financing if he's the sort of POS that springs traps on the people financing him?

I've watched the trap being set

What a sleazeball.
