What a crock of fluff they just released.

In a follow-up to a February 10th news release concerning the redeployment of a newly optimized AOT unit, QS Energy confirmed that transport of the customized equipment by freightliner to the Eagle Ford Shale has now been definitively scheduled at the request of a customer and partner in Houston, Texas for installation on a designated pipeline pump station.

So when is this scheduled - I bet it will be toward the end of the year to give them more time to delay delay delay. This pilot was signed when and still nada - LOL

Hah hah.. wow.. 4 NR's in 2 weeks.. fluff after fluff. Why can't he just release the SRI results that he promised, and STICK to the other promise of not releasing fluff? Funny how he seems to be trying to answer message board questioning as always isn't it? Why not wait until the QR to say these things?

Mr. Bigger added that any such acquisitions were dependent on the sourcing of secured debt financing

Meaning they don't have it, and won't.

"At the time, prices per Mcf (one thousand cubic feet of natural gas) were at $2.79 per MMBtu (one million British thermal units), but then precipitously dropped below $2.00 MMBtu, resulting in a decision to hold off on acquiring that asset," Mr. Bigger said.

Hah hah! Wow.. so you identify a target, the prices drop, and you supposedly pull out. Well Bigger, this is the way prices go in this industry is it not? Especially NG going into the spring no? Is this "financing" so precipitous that the prices HAVE to rise or else QSEP is in deep financial trouble holding the bag? Laughable. What a JOKE of an excuse. FACT is, none of this was going to move ahead anyways but it provide a nice CONVENIENT EXCUSE as to why it isn't, and never will.

but we are in discussions with our advisors at QSEP regarding our ability to buy that asset

But I thought it was going through, then held off when the prices of natG dropped? Which is it? Funny no mention of what the price would be.

provided in a 2014 audit of the Haynesville assets by independent oil and gas consulting firm

Usually the assessing firm is named.. why not? Wonder if this line item will show up in the QR?

"To some degree we have a backlog of pipeline optimization proposals to process due to the re-engineering of AOT which began in the middle of last year and just concluded this month with the much more efficacious and efficient unit we are shipping to the Eagle Ford formation before month's end," Mr. Bigger stated.

Hah hah.. meaningless.. Basically retooling the "software" that is complete BS anyways since they don't have relevant data to predict anything, to test a few jars of oil samples. But hey, the more murky he keeps it with out being clear, the more speculation right? How about that SRI report? What says this the clearest?

The improved AOT technology we're now offering required setting a new and significantly higher baseline for the hydraulic analysis we use to calculate maximum flow rates, probable pump station energy savings, and possible increased toll rate revenues.

Obviously they don't have a clue.

Mr. Bigger said QSEP may explore ownership or joint venture positions in renewable and alternative energy projects that meet certain criteria,

All OVER the place.. wow.. setting up the future fluff.

Cash generating events such as AOT equipment lease-purchase agreements and income-producing oil and gas assets may broaden our options for licensing our electrorheological-related patents to other industries or toward acquiring a stake in alternative energy verticals

LOL! Woww... it works on EVERYTHING! Do they mean like Diesel and gas? Oh ya.. that was the Elektra and MagCHrager. Maybe if we read between his "hinting" lines we can deduce that he means the tech works on lowering the viscosity of sunlight or electricity!
