I think it would be pretty easy to show that while they were releasing PR's with grandiose plans for the future, they were dumping a few billion extra shares into the market. And will probably manage to have it all swept under the rug with that guise of our new skull and crossbone ticker

i think some of their pr's would not be covered by forward looking statement or safe harbor. For example, imminent uplisting and cutler law group retained. they have said that an uplifting could happen by end of year, not really imminent in my book. And also they have never retained the services of Cutler law Group and thats coming straight from Richard Cutler himself. If its proven that they dumped a large amount of stars into the market on the days that either of these statements were released it might be enough to prove that their intentions were far from good. Im sure with the other pr's their intentions were also the same but i this these 2 would be the easiest to prove

Here's the catch.......no matter how many times you sue them (IF it turned out to be a scam) you'll never get your money back. Never. Especially in a class action. If you're lucky, you'd get pennies on the dollar.

Good thing this isn't a scam so you won't have to worry.
