Thought it was 5 trading days. Which would make today the last day. But from experience I know that it's a lot more complicated than all that they can essentially put out the 8k whenever they want. If you take high performance beverage for instance they PR'd that they received a 5mm $ equity line from ghs Capitol. The 8k came out 3 months later. With a deal like this where we don't even know if papers have been signed it could be post market today or it could be a month from now.

I could be wrong about the 5days btw just going off memory here.
