Check HISP filings and you'll see rock bottom prices. Furthermore, when have you ever seen a CEO filing S-4s of a public company buying 100 share lots in order to prevent the HISP from falling? Hello! Isn't this a form of manipulation?
Instead if the CEO was a true buyer, he would buy larger and realistic quantities of shares to show he is committed just like his poor shares have been.
I mean it comes to show the true nature of this BS.
At least CG is not that crazy - but dude needs to start filing.
BTW those shareholders who own close to 1M shares for about 25 cents; HISP has not even come close to seeing the full impact once those shares let loose.
There are probably less than a handful trying to exit HISP and the rest must be freaking out and getting ready to push the eject button.
So much $$$$ was left on the table when it was close to $3 a share.
