I agree, If they wanted to deny it they would have done so. The fact there asking for more time is good. I also don't think they will take the full 3 months. I bet we hear something towards the end of March. Once there reviewing it. There not going to stop. They where already deep into the process when they needed the extension. I bet we see a verdict sooner rather than later.

I also believe like most folks here that we will get a early answer.FDA is just following there protocol,I am sure they are aware of the changes that they* requested,I am sure by the time we get our approval hopefully,there will be much reforms in progress which will imo help and push probuphine to be the goldstandard of drug treatments, so in that sense I am not worried,but still,even though it's only 3 or most likely less months away for an answer,it still sucks,the waiting,waiting,waiting doesn't it??lol.like they said better a 3 month delay then a 3 year crl or outright rejection.....and by the way 3 is my lucky number,lol.
