You actually believe it was STP delaying things even though they have been desperate to get anybody to drill for well over a decade? I am not that naive. It was ERHC delaying everything from the block assignments to the PSC because they had no partners and no money to move forward and they still don't.
I guess some believe anything ERHC tells them. I still remember sitting in the STP road show in the PGS offices in Houston. About half a dozen from the STP national oil company were present. They all were bitching about ERHC delaying things and their inability to move forward as a result. I would have thought all long time ERHC shareholders already knew that whole story. But I guess not.
