Drilling anywhere in the EEZ is at least 4 years away. ERHC has no partner, inadequate cash and inadequate 3D to drill a well there. If ERHC doesn't hit in Kenya, game over for ERHC. Maybe they can raise a little by selling or farming out the EEZ, but it will be too little, too late. They've had this property for over a decade and the lack of progress to date is pathetic.
