Judging by your fotos and others that have been posted I would have to agree that the location appears to be a little "remote."

Did you happen to notice any dispensaries located directly on the Strip?

SS, I'm sure the area is sketch, as in Denver, the locations available that met all the prerequisite rules, were never in "nice" locations.

But, in a few locations, it IMPROVED the area believe it or not. IMO more money flows through the areas now legally and it's starting to show as the rising tide rises all boats.
