Yes, a retraction of those shares would be an excellent act of good faith by Mr. Hegyi. Perhaps you will see that effort prior to or during the next shareholders meeting (May-June 2016 - date not confirmed as of yet)

PHOT should have a pullback to the .03s or .04s area tomorrow. That RSI is rediculous. 85 are you serious! It's gonna reset and bounce at 50 RSI.
