Yes, it has been spectacularly unsuccessful. Now over a billion shares bought at $.0001 by retail, plus billions available to toxic lenders at $.00005.
I guess that's why they call it a lotto play. The odds are heavily stacked against you. Though with the lotto, you might win big. Here, it's a question of whether you'll be able to break even, or lost it all.
