This company is not "OMDA Oil and Gas, inc" That is (was) Lanza's Company. This company is (was) "OMDA, Inc."

And you are correct...OOAG incorporated on 7/30/1996, not 2010. You are also correct that the company is not in good standing, and may not operate, anywhere...and hasn't been for many years. The fees to bring the company current are in the several hundreds of thousands of dollars....just in Delaware.
