The filing must have been complete for them to give this date. Hopefully the delay is due to adding more "flavor" to the Press Release summary.

Its lame... but it happens sometimes, even for the biggest companies.

If it goes longer than Monday, hopefully they will update us on the delay.

PS: If i remember correctly, they filed on a Saturday years back, but i could be mistaken.
