Because the pre-authorized reverse split (forget?) will obliterate every single common share holder when they throw it and immediately unload restricted shares before anyone can react. That's the game. Reset and start over IMO.

It's also IMO the reason they've gagged their transfer agent. Google what that means if you aren't familiar.

Even more than wondering why some Coates holders would sell, is why they aren't loading up at these prices?

This CSRV is going to be proven out, just as the back order on the piston compression rings has been proven out. This is a strong buy IMO.
