Any idea how big GNPT's facility and lot are and if the equipment is leased or owned?

You may be right...might be a very fair rent price.

I have a tenant leasing a 40k sf building and lot from me for $15k/mo. Granted that's also a brand new building, but if they are getting a big building (or buildings) plus equipment, it's probably a very fair price.

I realize that but being Asif should cut that to 12/10,000 per month plus he's getting 120,000 per year , we need to cut on all fronts to become more profitable , we get 12,000 for our building now ,mckenzie rv in ontario ca. building is worth 3 million ,get me now? tough times ,make the cuts GNPT
