Just, there are a few things that i was told can lead to delays. There are many things now that they simply cannot allow to say exists. The company may even have to show financial controls etc. Prior to S/O that was something pretty well rubber stamped. If those controls weren't in place then it's possible that the auditors will not render an opionion until such a time as they consider the controls in concrete.
