I get so tired of hearing that minivac 7 was not a fail... the FAA letter of 16 November specifically stated the reason for intended denial of certification was the FAILURE TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED EVACUATION DEMONSTRATION (at ANY time 1 through 7)

What part of this don't people understand...
