You are joking just as Wayne was yesterday - right?? A SLAP lawsuit on a message board poster for being negative on the company and reporting what they HAVEN'T DONE THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. If THAT isn't the pot calling the kettle black, I can't imagine what is!
Besides, just to educate you, this is from IHUB. "Subpoena Process: If you plan to submit a subpoena to us, please understand the following: 1) There is a $150/hr charge for us to read and/or comply with a subpoena. The minimum fee is $300, plus production expenses. 2) Private messages can not be part of a subpoena or any other kind of inquiry. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. But be realistic with your questions and requests. These lawsuits are a waste of time and nearly always get quashed. Save yourself the expense."
