The in part qualifier is confirmation that the $200M figure is not a cap on MYL's contribution to the JV.

During the next few years, the JV will almost certainly spend (much) more than $400M on the development and legal costs for six FoBs, so MYL's 50% share of that will come to (much) more than $200M.
