This is good news indeed. Encouraging that the govt. is pushing and not obstructing, even if by slow consideration of projects and work to support oil exports.

i have always wondered why not on trucks, looks like there is no reason not too.

They could slow produce the wells until pipeline is up. Cover overhead costs.
