KC, I agree with Wen. Take a look at that presentation and at both the savings, and the increased toll rate revenue given in the pipeline installation example.

This presentation is excellent. It was done for Exxon.

that's the question isn't it? And like always, that is left out.. with instead sugar plum fantasies of viscosity reductions.

FACT is, they don't have a clue.. because no testing has progressed far enough to even see what the pumps do. TCL testing didn't even have the pumps isolated as per STWA's own QR/words. As long as they can avoid specifically addressing that single most important thing you bring up, they can just release viscosity lab numbers and allow the speculation to continue unabated.
