nice to see you are thinking of buying , couple of things, sometimes companies halt trading with important pending news and open either up or down substantially higher or lower from where they were also once news hits it may be difficult getting the price you can get here.. good luck either way.
I feel that you can buy your order under eight cents now while you can. Once news is released you will be lucky to buy even at fifty cents; that's if you can get them at all. Life is a gamble, once in a while an individual has to take one to succeed. I wish you luck.
