I still need clarification on where the revenue gets reported to? To QMC or QMC (China). If they don't report revenues on our 10-Q, how does that help the share price. If it does get reported here, I can see it helping the company and management, but NOT US! Need some help on this one

I'm not sure your conveyance of Craig's answer addresses the discussion. The reason why they are a joint venture is different from "How does the American parent recognize the JV's financials?"
