I have never seen facts about ERHC posted on this board. It is all big jane, kaboom, phony buyouts, incorrect estimates of the chance of succes none of which have ever been followed by IMO. And the 10Q was due on the 16th. It is not out. That makes it late. By the way it is not debasing management when they have taken the share price from 90 cents to .0006. What that happens to be is pointing out the ineptitude of current management. And that share price is not opinion, it is one of the few facts anyone will ever see on this board.
