You can't be serious...lol. Companies run from trips to multi pennies all the time with an OS over 3 billion shares, this isn't even close to that amount...

Nope:

1) Convertible note holders hate RS, it screws up their % ownership numbers
2) Most RS's end up where they started, no benefit to company.
3) Thank you for being a customer and shareholder! To shed some light on your questions, I do believe Combo Hitter is a product that can weather the storms left from the previous company. Combo Hitter is a start up company with a huge market to capitalize on but it's not gonna happen overnight and not without capital to grow. I realize all the negatives behind the current share structure but in my opinion the product has enough capabilities to keep this company continually adding value to shareholders. At this time no plan has been made for a reverse because fear of the negative response.
