Don't you see any other backup scenario, in Chad and the EEZ block? Certainly if oil goes back up, and ERHC goes into some sort of hibernation, like Strategy mentioned as a possebility?

I still am of the opinion that SEO, Peter and Sylvan have some sort of next round option, since they invested a pretty hefty som of money...?

And is there still a role for the so called "strategic investor" in that scenario? Maybe SEO himself, to save his company for another round after glut oil, with Chad, EEZ and even JDZ...?

I can't believe the one horse gamble they would take?
