way to join up, enjoy the meds, let us know what you think of the experience. I always like to hear what people think compared to what they expected. So far i think their product is essentially perfect, service is great, only issue I ever had was the availability thing.

Really hoping oils comes out before fins, and both news is good for PPS - I need to transfer a bunch of stock from my TFSA into my RRSP before February 29th to save on paying tax, if the share price is higher I need to transfer less shares

taxes suck, a major determining factor is contributions to RRSP made before February 29th, but no one sends you the T4's and other forms you need until around that time anyways - so if you are looking to calculate the optimal RRSP contribution you need to essentially do your taxes early. I don't want to pay too much because I would rather the funds appreciate in the TFSA, the RRSP is only for saving current taxes, but money I put in there I will pay tax on like 30 years from now

The government is essentially making me save money after I realized I could avoid paying taxes if I put it away, but by my math it can only work for a few more years, after that I will only be able to save a fraction of the taxes, and only because I didn't save anything in my 20's

our tax code essentially subsidizes really long term saving with the only issue is you cannot control the investment you are invested in (it seems)

I don't know, still learning about it, all I know so far is TFSA and RRSP are both good things, if they didn't exist I guess I would never have saved money this past year.
