Got a link to the DoD's Comptroller Site for pending budget Request for you Mr Big. DLA's ain't posted yet.

Race ya to scoop it when it does. Been as late as mid March. And it could be any day. Couple hundred pages normally. MDA will have one too.

We'll see what they ask for on DNA marking then. It'll be interesting to say the least.
