That sounds like market manipulation where a noteholder who already owns a few shares conspires with someone to buy his shares BELOW prevailing market conditions for conversion calculation purposes. IMO.

Not sure what those trades were, but my data feed shows the low of the day at .06

Each CD is different, but I believe most of the CDS are based on the average of the lowest trade price for 3 days during a lookback period which varies by CD. So, yes the daily lows are very significant.
