My guess would be that the 10q is delayed due to the debt conversion(s) that just took place. That is something that needs to be covered in subsequent events, and often the contract is written in such a manner that the note holder can get his shares directly from the TA without even going through the company, so it would take the company a few days to collect the data and incorporate it into the filing.
