if the rig is being mobilized, and the conductor is set, then the location is ready to rig up. Once the rig is being mobilized, they will begin rigging up as the structure arrives. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to rig up a rig at get it ready for spud. reading some of these messages, it unbelievable how some people know absolutely nothing about this stuff...
