Not to belabor this discussion but I see it going one of two ways:
1. Your illustration of IDIX where it jumped without warning on a BO
2. Allowing the shorts to get out and taking it to a mezzanine level of $9 -$12 (where we were in Sept 2015) and then doing the BO. In that scenario, it could do a double or triple with the result of getting into the $20's. Where we are now ($4-$6), it is tougher to "sell" a 4X or 5X and justify that type of premium to a buyer. Most of all, Denner knows what he is doing and how to maximize the outcome as he knows the industry and players very, very well.
