hmm R/S could be cancelled due to coming in OTC< the only reason they wanted to do R/S was to uplist in Nasdaq and meet the minimum $1 bid.

They have 30 mil in cash

Current OS could be 800 mil to 1 bil

Current market cap around 600k

If company has 30 mil in cash and valued at that $ amount

the PPS should be at .03 cents
