The bid /ask spread is holding to .0001 which is saying that the MM's are either flat or close to it. They are not stupid, they won't play games with a fast moving issue, because if they get into trouble playing fast and loose, no one will throw them a rope if they do. When an issue becomes a fast mover or heavily traded issue all eyes turn to it very quickly. After all, what investor doesn't want to make money? Investors come in all sizes and with all kinds of skill sets and resources, so it's hardly a wonder bad practices get caught out really fast. They can get away with much in a quiet market, but when the bells start ringing and whistles start blowing everyone knows to be on their best behavior.
Anyway, if the MM"s are really flat this issue, then we begin the rise. It will only take a few up ticks to start market scanning software to start issuing alerts bringing investors in. There may be some very good times ahead. If so, the rise here will play out over a few weeks. Hopefully, because, the slower the rise the longer the run.
