I did hear that report, however

Iran hates Saudia Arabia and just had sanctions lifted off them. They will not go along with Russia & Saudi's agreement and I can't see this freeze holding up because Russia and Saudi will soon be at war when the Saudi's invade Syria and try to overthrow Assad. We are in the beginning stages of WW3, but the TV will never announce such. Its going to get ugly between Russia, Turkey, Saudia Arabia, Syria, migrant crisis, which already is a clusterfudge and more!
