A little more than barely.

Some people like to use EMA() instead of SMA().

And others like to insist on a successful backtest before counting a successful crossing of a key level.

At any rate, I threw in an EMA(20) because that's more barely. Or would that be less barely? Anyway, I threw in a declining trend line because a lot of traders look at those too.
