What are the expectations here for the prototype? Is this something that we are assuming they already have? Or they need to build it? I would think they must have it already or else these contracts shouldn't be going out. I wouldn't hire someone to do a job unless I knew they were 100% able to complete it.
If I wanted leaves raked I would hire a guy with a rake not a guy who said he is working on a prototype for a rake and might have it soon.
With that being said do we know when we might see word of this rubicon or what ever it's called?
