This JDZ coming up short and not the fault of management has long been used as just one of multifarious excuses routinely put up for a greedy, fill their own pockets at any cost management !
They have blown through tens of millions of dollars since the JDZ while destroying shareholder value and have for years, up too today ,failed to step up and provide competent leadership ! Right now they are giving nothing and depriving shareholders of the opportunity they deserve !
