Well I beg to differ on all points. But don't argue with me the market is speaking clear, record low Share Price .0003. Dilution has continued, check the unaudited fins and Share Structure. Toxic debt?!? The next time you text Francine the CEO of Boreal make it clear shareholders don't want to hear anymore nonsense PR's espousing 'toxic debt retired'. Boreal's debt is greater now than it ever was. It's all toxic, she continues to sell shares to operate and pay debts. Speaking of debts, one of which, the property taxes unpaid.

The past is a very clear indication of how this company is being managed. If you don't care about the past, you're really saying you don't care about the future.

Actually, the market seems to not care about the future of this company either. Maybe that's why the pps has been stagnant even with the "news" of new loans and deals.
