MMMW aka Doolittle Ricker, failed to file annual reports with the MA SoS for two and a half years, '05-'08. Guess when he went to file a by law amendment they brought it to his attention, Duh...
Unless a form 15 is filed first, I've noticed it usually takes about one and a half to two years after a missed 10K report for the SEC to delist a ticker. Once that happens, ALL filings are purged, as though the company never existed.
My guess is Ricker just gave up and has turned his back on his shareholders too.
