Agreed! Plus, given a technology that has yet to demonstrate commercial viability and no clearly delineated value proposition, XLIT is extremely overvalued at the current market cap, which exceeds $100,000,000! This market cap is one of the two variables being used to calculate and "TOUT" a much higher share price. A more realistic market cap is needed in order to determine the "believable" share price impact! This of course assumes the "PROPOSED" share cancellation actually occurs, as has been detailed and promoted. Since Jim Schramm is the majority shareholder, WHAT IS THE DELAY? Schramm can cancel the shares any time he feels like it!
