Why are we all assuming there is going to be a R/S with NTEK?

NTEK's lies all serve to pump the PPS or persuade bagholders to keep holding, because people dumping would interfere with their own dilution and cost them money.

The R/S announcement is a disaster for bagholders. What would be NTEK's motivation for making something like that up?
